I came to Bilbao to sing excerpts from “Bestiario” with Il Complesso Barocco and Alan Curtis. In front of the hotel, on the other side of the river, is the Guggenheim museum in front of which Louise Bourgeois’ famous “‘Maman” peers at herself in the Nervion river.
